What School District are you located in?
The Dunes at Falcon Valley is located in the Olathe School District. For more information on schools in our area, visit our Area Information page.

Will you accept my pets?
The Dunes at Falcon Valley would be happy to accept your pets as long as there are no more than 2 and are under 50 pounds each. The pet deposit of $250 is due as well as a
non-refundable pet fee of $250. Monthly pet rents of $20 to $30 are based on the number of pets in the apartment.

What is the Application Fee
The application fee is $45 single or $65 for a married couple

What is the Security Deposit?
The security deposit is $175 which is fully refundable.

How much is your non-refundable administrative fee and when do I pay it? The
Administrative fee is $85 and is due upon moving in

Do you accept co-signers?
Yes, if all qualifications are met.

What utilities am I responsible for?
You are responsible for all costs for electricity, water, sewer and trash. There is no gas utility.

Can I use my barbecue grill?
Unfortunately, the Fire Marshall of Lenexa will not allow any residents to grill at any apartment community in Lenexa.

How much are garages?
Garages are $90-$95 per month
